BLISS EastEnders star reveals unseen snaps from Amy Walsh & Toby-Alexander Smith’s wedding as soap stars hit the dancefloor
The wedding featured two performances from their famous friends and family
AN EastEnders legend has given fans a brand new peek inside the biggest real-life soap wedding of last year.
Lorraine Stanley, famed for her role as gobby matriarch Karen Taylor, surprised fans by sharing a photo of her with the groom from inside the destination wedding of Amy Walsh and Toby-Alexander Smith.
Emmerdale actress Amy, who plays Tracy Robinson, looked sublime as she hit the dancefloor in the unearthed snap on the big day.
Amy wed EastEnders villain Toby-Alexander Smith (Gray Atkins) in Montenegro surrounded by their co-stars from the rival soaps.
In the new images, she gave fans a look at the happy couple on the big day as well as showing off all the dancefloor antics.
Lorraine revealed that there was no competition between the two leading soap ladies on the big day in the snap as they could be seen dancing after admitting to partying away into the small hours at the big bash.
Captioning the snap, Lorraine told her fans: “Best wedding ever!
“Thank you for having us, we will tell our grandkids about this one #battered #wedding.”
She went onto share another snap of her puckering up to Toby and planting a sloppy kiss on his cheek during the over-the-top bash which went on until 4am.
Lorraine also admitted that she and her pal lost their apartment keys after the night and were forced to sleep on the balcony outside.
In the snaps, the actress wowed in a floor-length summer dress as she showed off her tanned skin after catching some rays.
Lorraine grew close to Toby as she played his mother-in-law who was central to his comeuppance after he brutally murdered his wife as part of a shocking domestic violence storyline.
47-year-old Lorraine was not the only famous face in attendance at the bash last summer with EastEnders star Shona McGarty (Whitney Dean)invited who also performed at the ceremony in a star-studded duet with TikTok sensation Sonny Tennet.
Emmerdale favourites Natalie Ann Jamieson (Amy Wyatt), Olivia Bromley (Dawn Fletcher) and Louisa Clein (Maya Stepney) also made the trip to Eastern Europe to watch their friend say her vows.
The happy couple chose to wed at the picturesque 17th century Talici Hill Rustic Villas – located at the foot of a mountain range.
Speaking about the big day at the time, Amy, whose sister is Girls Aloud icon Kimberley Walsh, told OK!: “Our family and friends are really important to us and we wanted everyone to have the best time.
“They all made such an effort to come out there for us. Friends left their kids for the first time and spent their money getting there. We wanted it to be really special.”
The stunning actress opted to wear a lace-and-tulle dress by American designer Enzoani, and she looked beautiful as she posed for photos with her bridesmaids, who wore very chic golden brown dresses.
Toby went for a bespoke Richard George Tailoring suit, and looked dapper as he waited for his bride with their adorable 20-month-old daughter Bonnie.
A live pianist played classical music as Amy approached with her dad John, who has terminal cancer while Kimberley also performed during the bash.
Amy shared: “My brother handed me over to my dad, who walked me down the last bit. He knows he only has a certain amount of time left, so it was important for him to be there. It’s a cancer you can’t cure, but you can live with it and he’s doing well fighting it.”
