Emmerdale fans are convinced that Tom King will have an affair just days before he ties the knot to his fiancée Belle Dingle.
During Thursday’s (February 8) visit to the ITV Dales, fans caught up with the nearly weds as they celebrated their joint Sten Do. It didn’t take long before the couple were separated by their close pals for a wild night of drinking together.
Belle enjoyed a low-key night with Mandy and Lydia Dingle and her closest friends where they pulled out a cardboard cutout of a half-naked man with her betrothed’s head printed on top. The girls enjoyed a bottle of fizz before Belle asked Mandy and Lydia to be her joint Maids of Honour.
Meanwhile at the Woolpack, Tom was throwing back the drinks with his pal Suni Sharma and Nicky Milligan. Halfway through the night, the groom-to-be struggled to keep the cocktail of shots down as Suni made sure he wasn’t sick on his clothes in the bathroom.
It was at this point that fans watched the pair have a deep heart-to-heart together, where the hunk confessed that Suni was his only friend. As Tom rinsed his mouth out in the toilets, he revealed the real reason why he and Belle are having a sten do.
He confessed: “Do you want to know the real reason why we’re having a sten do? Because I’ve not really got any other friends apart from you.
“Everyone’s leaving early and that’s even if they bothered to turn up in the first place.” Suni attempted to cheer him up by reminding him how much of a good time they had together.
Tom agreed: “You know what? It doesn’t matter because I’ve got the person I need right here. And I’ve got Belle and I love her and she loves me. So what else can I really ask for?”
After watching the dramatic scenes hit the airwaves, fans flooded to X – formerly known as Twitter – to share their suspicions online.
Many predicted that Suni and Tom will have an affair just days before he is set to walk down the aisle. One user penned: “Bet Tom and Suni will kiss #Emmerdale ” as another agreed: “Suni and Tom affair too? [shifty eyes emoji] #Emmerdale.”

Meanwhile others were convinced that the pair were going to lock lips in the bathrooms together. A third asked: “Wait is that a potential storyline for Tom and Suni moving forward [confused emoji] run Belle run #Emmerdale.”
A fourth chimed in with: “It’s obvious Tom fancies Suni #Emmerdale” as a fifth echoed: “I honestly thought Tom and Suni were gonna snog #emmerdale.” Another user seconded: “I thought Tom was going to make a pass at Suni in the toilets #emmerdale.”
