The two clash over Billy's Home Farm job.

Billy Fletcher has clashed with Kim Tate over his future at Home Farm in Emmerdale.

Viewers have seen that Billy has been trying to restart his side business as a personal trainer as a way to make more money.

In Tuesday’s (April 16) episode, Billy got the exciting news from Charles Anderson that he’d be welcome to use the church hall for his PT sessions. Kim was not too pleased to hear Billy was restarting his PT business, reminding him he already has a full-time job as Home Farm’s estate manager.

Kim warned Billy he was taking too much on, then asked him to choose which job he wanted to keep.

“Believe me, you won’t be doing both,” Kim warned.

Later, Billy spoke with Manpreet in the village about how he’d probably have to give up training her because of Kim’s ultimatum.

“Stand up for yourself,” Manpreet encouraged him. “We can’t let the bullies win.”

Billy took Manpreet’s advice to heart, telling Kim he would be starting up his PT business despite her warning.

Billy winked at Manpreet as he walked away, leaving her impressed at the way he’d stood up to Kim. Viewers know this will lead to intriguing scenes where Manpreet develops a crush on Billy.

Meanwhile, Kim later approached Billy and Dawn in the Woolpack to promise she’d “allow some flexibility” for the PT business.

“You can do this, but if your work suffers at all, we’ll be having serious words,” Kim warned.

Will Billy be able to balance his two jobs?

Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
