Emmerdale spoilers: Ella attacks character, Jai’s sick plan for Laurel and Rose twist

Emmerdale is lining some worrying scenes next week, while there’s plenty of drama too.

One character targets his ex in a ruthless scheme that could leave her with nothing, while the character may want to watch their back. Elsewhere, the disappearance of Rose Jackson leads to more chaos at Home Farm, as one character vows to find her as another covers their tracks.

There’s also a romance blossoming for two characters, while one resident celebrates their birthday in style. Then there’s a shock attack that could leave one troubled character in serious trouble.

Ella Forster finds her world crashing down around her next week, as spoilers reveal she prepares to celebrate her birthday. Continuing to hide her whereabouts from people outside of the village, after her killer past was exposed, Ella loses it when she sees photos of herself on the salon social media page after a birthday treat from pal Mandy Dingle.

Soon her fears are confirmed, when June’s nephew Gary arrives after tracking her down and he has words with her. Gary confronts a shaken Ella, and hands her a photo of Joanne, the girl Ella killed, causing her to rush out.

Gary runs after a tearful, fearful Ella and she falls to the ground, while it’s clear Gary is also struggling. Wendy Posner takes Ella away from the scene and comforts her, but she’s left stunned when Ella begins to attack her – but how far will Ella go, and what will happen next?

Elsewhere, Jai Sharma sets up his ex Laurel after recently accusing her of trying to take his money. After their bitter split, Jai turns nasty once more as he tries to ensure she doesn’t become the new investor of The Hide.

In their mediation meeting he lies that he’s in debt and has no money to give Laurel in the divorce, something she knows is not true. As Caleb Miligan encourages Jai saying he’s doing the right thing, might Jai need to watch out?

Gabby Thomas gives into her feelings for Vinny Dingle next week, as the pair finally get together it seems. Also, Sarah Sugden is feeling down on her birthday, until grandmother Charity Dingle surprises her with a joy ride in a seemingly stolen car.

Finally, Will Taylor is worried sick as Kim Tate remains AWOL and his ex Rose Jackson is still missing, feared dead. As his daughter Dawn Taylor decides to hunt her down unaware that Will and Kim are part of the reason she vanished, Will starts to panic his lies will be rumbled.

Neither Will or Kim have admitted to harming Rose and it seems a mystery character found her after they’d dumped her in the middle of nowhere. But when Dawn vows to find her mum, Will does the unthinkable and texts Dawn yet again from Rose’s phone – but will he be found out?

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
