Emmerdale’s Tracy and Nate finally split as fans ‘work out’ explosive affair fallout
Emmerdale fans finally watched the demise of Tracy Metcalfe and Nate Robinson's marriage in a heartbreaking confrontation following her affair with his uncle Caleb Milligan
Emmerdale finally aired the devastating split for Tracy Metcalfe and her husband Nate Robinson.
Over the past few weeks, ITV fans watched the blonde bombshell and Caleb Miligan embark on a sizzling affair despite only tying the knot to Caleb Milligan’s nephew less than a year ago. On Christmas Day, the Tracy and Caleb’s affair was uncovered by Moira Dingle after she walked in as they shared a passionate kiss.
After discovering their relationship, the farmer ordered Caleb to immediately end his romance with Tracy. At the time, Caleb called off their romance leaving Tracy devastated and humiliated.
But it didn’t take long before the pair ended up in each other’s arms again and re-sparked their romance last month. But in another twist, it was revealed last week that Caleb is still very much in touch with his estranged wife Ruby, who made an explosive debut in the Dales.
On Monday night (February 5), the doting mum was seen riddled with guilt as she confided in Moira over whether or not she should end things with Nate. Viewers watched the emotional mum pour her heart out to Moira, who advised her not to throw things away with Nate.
But it was clear to see that she had made her mind up and later in the episode, Tracy decided to tell the luxury driver that she no longer loves him. While the doting dad was initially shocked by her confession, it quickly turned to anger as he pleaded with her to work things out.
Tracy broke down in tears over the confrontation meanwhile Nate stormed out of the house and walked through the village. It wasn’t long before he bumped into Caleb, who invited him to stay the night at his flat.
Nate was clearly suspicious of the silver fox and admitted that he thought Tracy was having an affair with him. Hearing his accusation, Caleb immediately fell silent as the pair locked horns. It didn’t take long before viewers flooded to X – formerly known as Twitter – to share their suspicions over why Tracy ended their marriage.
Many viewers were convinced that the doting mum could be pregnant, leaving her in the sticky situation as to who the father is. One user penned: “For sure we are definitely going to be having a storyline involving Tracy being pregnant and who’s the daddy #Emmerdale.”
Another agreed: “My money’s on Tracy finding out she’s pregnant and not knowing who the father is! #emmerdale.” A third echoed: “I can see Tracy ending up pregnant with Caleb’s baby #Emmerdale.”
Fans will have to stay tuned to watch the fall out of their marriage and the repercussions it could have on their daughter Frankie. Emmerdale airs on weekdays from 7.30pm on ITV1 or catch up on ITVX.
