GONE GIRL ‘Haven’t seen her in forever!’ complain Emmerdale fans as beloved villager ‘goes missing’ from soap
Spoilers for the soap have revealed the character will be back on screens very soon.
EMMERDALE fans have complained as a beloved villager has ‘gone missing’ from the ITV soap.
The show has a number of storylines on the go at the moment, including Rhona Goskirk’s battle for custody of baby Ivy and the aftermath of Caleb Miligan and Tracy Robinson’s affair.
However, some characters are not getting as much screen time at the moment, and Emmerdale fans have been wondering where one villager in particular has gone.
Amelia Spencer – played by Daisy Campbell – has barely been seen in recent weeks, despite living at the Woolpack with Chas Dingle, whose cancer storyline is also a focus on the show at the moment.
Taking to a soap fan forum, one viewer wrote: “Just wondering if I’ve missed something…. Where is Amelia?”
Another replied: “She lives in the pub now I think. Spends her time working for Mandy, parenting and dating Noah.”
The other fan said: “I thought that was the case, just haven’t seen her in forever despite most storylines involving those she either lives or works with.”
Emmerdale fans were also asking the same question on X – formerly Twitter – with one writing: “Does Anyone know where Amelia is?! Why is Daisy Campbell ALWAYS on holiday?!”
Last month, some viewers noticed Amelia was absent from Heath Hope’s funeral despite growing up alongside each other.
They wrote: “the @emmerdale producers could’ve done that funeral way better with some teens in the background from the school and where is Noah, Amelia, Elliot?? also the lack of continuity Arthur was getting ready for the funeral and then just disappeared tf??”
However, spoilers for the soap have revealed Amelia will be back on screens very soon.
The fall out from Rhona’s latest storyline around baby Ivy has seen the vet neglect husband Marlon’s daughter April and her own son, Leo.
Coming up, Amelia catches April worrying about what will happen to Rhona following her arrest for kidnapping Ivy.
But her concern only grows when the young girl gets on the wrong bus and admits she’s not going to school.
