Emmerdale has been full of explosive scenes this week as Nate Robinson “rumbles” his wife Tracy Metcalfe’s affair.
Only recently, Caleb Milligan and Tracy have embarked in a shock affair despite the latter being newly married to Nate, whose uncle is Caleb. On Christmas Day, the duo were rumbled by a shocked Moira Dingle, who ordered Caleb to end his relationship with Tracy.
After being rumbled, Caleb put an end to their affair, leaving Tracy both devastated and humiliated. Later, Tracy decided to get revenge by blackmailing Caleb into supporting her nursery project or she would tell his brother Cain Dingle. Later, Tracy announced in the pub to her stunned family that Caleb was investing in her nursery, leaving Moira suspicious and Caleb seriously unimpressed.

However, despite appearing to be at loggerheads with their affair over, the two couldn’t resist each other as they embarked on their affair once again earlier this month. This week, a naïve Moira was pleased to think Tracy had put her affair with Caleb behind her. However, Tracy and Caleb just couldn’t keep their hands off each other.
Meanwhile, a concerned Nate opened up about his relationship worries to Belle Dingle, worrying something might be going on with her and Caleb. Things went from bad to worse on Wednesday when Tracy missed their romantic lunch rendezvous, leaving Nate suspicious. Later, Nate’s paranoia got the better of him as he searched through her phone and discovered deleted messages to and from Caleb.
In the texts, Tracy had deleted certain ones but left other innocent ones, such as “just a business meeting”, “that works” and “ok”. However, by only deleting certain texts, it made her look even more suspicious. Taking to Twitter, now X, one person said: “If you where seeing someone you would definitely make sure your phone was with you 24/7” while a different account put: “Never delete risky texts in #emmerdale!” Elsewhere, one fan suggested: “He should text “Meet me at the cricket pavillion in ten minutes” & kerpow!”
Yet the drama is far from over later this week as determined to catch Tracy and Caleb in the act, Nates heads over to the house followed by a panicked Nicky and Moira. Will Nate rumble and catch the duo at it?
