Tracy will make a big decision about her relationship with Nate next week on Emmerdale.

Only recently, Caleb Milligan and Tracy embarked in a shock affair despite the latter being newly married to Nate, whose uncle is Caleb. On Christmas Day, the duo were rumbled by a shocked Moira Dingle, who ordered Caleb to end his relationship with Tracy.

After being rumbled, Caleb put an end to their affair, leaving Tracy both devastated and humiliated. Later, Tracy decided to get revenge by blackmailing Caleb into supporting her nursery project or she would tell his brother Cain Dingle. Later, Tracy announced in the pub to her stunned family that Caleb was investing in her nursery, leaving Moira suspicious and Caleb seriously unimpressed.

However, despite appearing to be at loggerheads with their affair over, the two couldn’t resist each other as they embarked on their affair once again earlier this month. Yet in another twist and unbeknownst to Tracy, it was revealed last week that Caleb is still very much in contact with his estranged wife Ruby, who made an explosive debut last Thursday.

Next week, Moira advises Tracy not to throw things away with her family but she’s made a decision and wants to stick with it. She decides to tell Nate that she no longer loves him, and whilst he’s initially shocked, it all soon turns to anger as he fumes at her, desperate to know why their marriage hasn’t worked and what the future holds for them.

Emmerdale has been full of explosive scenes this week as Nate Robinson "rumbles" his wife Tracy Metcalfe's affair

Tracy breaks down in tears, whilst Nate heads out to the outskirts of the village and wanders around aimlessly. Despite it not being the best decision, Caleb decides to invite Nate to stay with him and Tracy is fuming when she learns Nate is staying with Caleb.

Cain is concerned for Nate and tries to keep his spirits up but when Nate remarks that he thinks Tracy is seeing someone else, Ruby and Cain share a knowing look. Ruby is soon trying to convince Nate to find out who Tracy is having the affair with, leaving Caleb clearly surprised by her admission. Later, Ruby sees Caleb and Nicky arguing and is desperate to find out why.

Meanwhile, Tracy and Nate decide it is best if they move back in together for the sake of their child Frankie. Ruby, meanwhile, heads home and Caleb can’t help himself from leaning in for a kiss.

Emmerdale baby kidnap twist as Rhona flees village with Ivy

Emmerdale viewers will be left gripped to their screens next week when Rhona flees the village with baby Ivy.

Soap watchers will recall that Gus showed up in the village earlier this year, asking ex Rhona for her help. He revealed to her that he was in a new relationship and wanted to have kids with his new partner, Lucy, but they weren’t able to. He said he had kept the embryos they had frozen while together and wanted to use them but needed her permission, as she was the other parent of the embryo.

Rhona was left floored as she believed the embryos had been destroyed and after meeting Lucy, contemplated letting them use the embryos before changing her mind. However, things took a dramatic turn last month when Rhona discovered that Lucy was heavily pregnant and Gus had used their embryos without Rhona’s consent, even stealing the latter’s passport to forge documents and fake her consent.

Things took another devastating turn when Rhona confronted the pair with Lucy going into labour early. Later, in the hospital, it was revealed that Lucy had died while giving birth due to complications and the baby girl, Ivy, was in intensive care. Rhona has been struggling with the aftermath and after a grieving Gus left Ivy temporarily in her care, she has grown attached to baby Ivy.

In upcoming scenes next week, Rhona’s concerned Gus is coping well with Ivy and is filled with dread when he explains he wants Ivy back full time. As he packs up her things and heads out with her, Rhona tells husband Marlon Dingle that she hopes Ivy will play up for Gus.

The next day, they meet up with Gus and an emotional Rhona smothers the baby with affection. Yet things take a heartbreaking turn when Rhona hears Gus is coping with Ivy well and is distraught when she learns that he is looking to find them both a permanent new home.

In a desperate bid, Marlon asks Gus whether he’d be willing to let them co-parent Ivy but Gus admits he’s planning on moving to France. Feeling guilty over his decision, Gus asks if Rhona and Marlon can take care of Ivy for the day, giving them a chance to say goodbye.

Rhona is left broken as she holds Ivy close. Later, a panicked Marlon returns home to find both Ivy and Rhona missing, along with their belongings. Marlon immediately tells Mary that Rhona has taken off with Ivy as they both frantically search for the duo in the village. Will they find them in time?

Belle and Tom’s joint pre-wedding celebrations end in drama

Belle and Tom’s wedding nears as they have a joint stag/hen do with drunken results next week.

In upcoming scenes, Belle is thrown when Tom is more in the know about their wedding than she is and demands that she be kept in the loop. Meanwhile, Belle, Tom and Suzy organise the stag/hen “a Sten do”.

Yet Tom is soon left hurt when Jimmy awkwardly declines the chance to be his best man at the wedding. Meanwhile, Belle worries that their wedding could be insensitive to the woes of the village following the New Year’s car crash, where Heath Hope tragically died, and decides to scale it back.

In a bid for a more low-key wedding, the couple announce they’re not having bridesmaids or groomsmen but Mandy has a naughty glint in her eye. What is she up to?

Later in the week, it’s the day of the “sten do” but things get off to a bad start when Tom walks into the office and catches sight of Belle’s wedding dress, leaving Suzy mortified as she tells Belle. Tom is left further annoyed when he learns Marlon is now doing the wedding cake as he’s been left out of the loop.

As the “sten do” kicks off, Mandy and Sarah handcuff Belle and force her home for a “proper” hen do to which Tom immediately misses Belle. As Belle has the time of her life, a drunk Tom looks worse for wear as he pours his heart out to Suni. Later, Belle has to escort a drunk yet loved-up Tom home.
