MAKES NO SENSE ‘Can’t believe what I’m seeing!’ gasp Emmerdale fans as they call out baffling Charity and Mack hospital blunder

EMMERDALE fans have been left baffled after noticing a glaring blunder during Charity and Mack’s latest interaction.
The soulmates have been dealt a cruel blow after Charity‘s recent mental health episode saw her stab her husband after believing it was Damon Harris, whom she had shot dead weeks prior, that was stood in her living room.
Charity, played by Emma Atkins, has been suffering from hallucinations and paranoia following the killing.
Damon had kidnapped Mack and had tortured him and threatened him with death before Charity swooped in and shot him in order to keep her lover safe.
Ever since, she has been plagued by flashbacks of what she did and holds herself responsible for what happened despite being legally cleared of any wrongdoing.
Having stabbed Mack and been taken in for questioning, Charity was left a wreck as it was clear that she was at an all-time low.
During Monday’s visit to the Dales, ITV viewers watched as The Woolpack barmaid awoke having spent the night behind bars for the brutal stabbing.
The police also arrived at Mack’s bedside after he woke up following the scary incident.
Police had fears that Charity had stabbed Mack for revenge after he cheated on her and impregnated Damon’s daughter Chloe.
He pleaded to the Police that she did not mean to hurt him and backed her version of events.
Soon after, Charity rocked up by Mack’s bedside having been let go from jail.
As Mack slept, she sat with him and soon confessed that their marriage had gone beyond saving as she indicated a permanent split between the two.
However, ITV fans were up in arms as they questioned how she could go from the prison to Mack’s bedside within half an hour despite having spend the night banged up on suspicion she stabbed him and tried to kill him.
Furious at the stories inconsistencies, one fan said: “The place is crawling with coppers and Charity just breezes in for a visit after being arrested for stabbing him?”
Another then added: “I’m sure charity would be left unattended after nearly killing the guy who is in the same hospital.”
A third wrote: “I can’t believe what I’m seeing here. Charity shouldn’t be on her own. Vulnerable. Rubbish ED police. Oh, great, now she’ll be left alone to do anything to herself or stab one of her kids. She needs sectioning, therapy, everything.”
Someone else agreed, as they wondered why she hadn’t been offered any form of mental health help or taken to a hospital whilst clearly unwell.
They penned: “Whilst Charity may have been released from custody wouldn’t she be ‘Sectioned’ under the Mental Health Act?”
