Now, die-hard soap fans will have another chance to visit their favourite locations in Weatherfield and the Dales as ITV has announced a new season of set tours.

Following its previous success, ITV Studios is opening the doors on both sets at weekends.

With set changes and the occasional top secret storyline ‘spoiler’ no two tours are ever the same either giving visitors the occasional unpredictable plot twist visit or sight of something brand new before it hits the nation’s screens.

Alongside tours, at the Coronation Street Experience, the team are planning plenty more exciting activities and events including special cinema screenings.

After the sell out introductory screening event ‘An Evening with Todd Boyce, more ‘Evening with….’ fun will follow throughout the year, giving fans chance to spend time with their favourite soap stars.

Last year the Coronation Street Experience was unveiled including cafe, cinema and exhibition floor.

It allows fans to experience that little bit of extra ‘telly’ magic from getting up close to legendary props and costumes, or sitting in the replica Roy’s Rolls, before a photo behind the replica ‘Rovers’’ bar after a walk around the real live set.

Over in Emmerdale this year, visitors will join the tour by coach from the beautiful Harewood House estate, home to the UK’s most famous village which is hidden deep within its grounds.

Arriving at the village, guests will continue to experience fan favourites including a wander by The Woolpack, a nosy at David’s Shop and of course a walk through the world’s only permanent ‘fake graveyard’.

Bookings are now open for both experiences. For Coronation Street click here, and for Emmerdale, click here.

Details of additional ‘super soap’ events will be released throughout 2024.
